Abstract submission guidelines

Deadline: September 15, 2023

You have the option to submit more than one abstract.

Please ensure that you download and use our provided template for your abstract(s).

To submit an abstract, be sure to log in to the website (see registration procedure) and go to "My submissions" in the left column menu (under "My space") and click on "submit an abstract".

Submission Process:

Page 1: Metadata

  • Enter your abstract title.
  • Choose "oral" or "poster" presentation.
  • Select a relevant session.

Page 2: Author(s)

  • Add authors using the blue option "Add an author (+)" beside "Author(s)".
  • Include affiliations by clicking "Add an affiliation..." below the author's name.
  •  Edit or remove authors using the pen or cross icons on the right.

Page 3: File(s)

  • Upload your abstract by clicking "Parcourir..." to select the file, then click the "Upload" button. Your file will be converted to PDF.
  • Verify the PDF by clicking on the file. If needed, you can replace the file by clicking the cross icon on the right and re-uploading.
  • Do not attach additional files.

Page 4: Overview

  • Review your submission thoroughly before clicking "Submit".
  • To submit a second abstract, start the process anew.

If you encounter any issues with affiliations or authors in Sciencesconf, ensure their correctness in the abstract PDF and notify us at afrimaqua2023@sciencesconf.org.

Upon successful submission, you'll receive an email confirmation. Thank you for your participation!
